Please read and understand that you are agreeing to the policies below when working with NeoXposure Photography.
OWNERSHIP - Limited license is granted to the purchaser for use of the images for marketing (in print and online) for an unlimited period of time from invoice date. Images are NOT available to any third party without express written consent from NeoXposure Photography. NeoXposure Photography will not be responsible for transferring photos to third parties.
Limited license also allows for images to be given to any purchaser or real estate agent for use to market the home for sale until it closes.
DELIVERY - Between 24-48 hour turn-around after shoot is completed.
SCHEDULING - Please contact via phone (239)877-1525 or use the Contact Form. We will contact you within 24-hours.
CANCELLATION - If a cancellation or rescheduling is required, please contact us at least 24-hours before the time of the shoot. All shoots that are cancelled inside the 24-hour period will be subject to forfeiture of initial deposit. If inclement weather prevents the shoot and rescheduling is needed, no fee will be invoiced.
PAYMENT - Once the shoot is scheduled, half of the cost is required to hold the date and time. The initial deposit will be forfeited for the property not being ready as scheduled or if no final payment is provided. The remaining balance will be due at or prior to time of shoot. Credit Card, Check, Zelle, Paypal or Cash are all acceptable forms of payment.
PETS - All pets, including cats and dogs, need to be crated or removed from the house at the time of shoot. If they are not, they may appear in the photo and editing them out may not be possible.
EDITING - While some advanced editing such as sky replacements may happen, no "photoshopping" will be allowed for the photos. This is done to protect both the photographer and the agent as it could result in misrepresentation.
USAGE - All photos are allowed to be used by the commissioning agent until the home sells for up to five (5) years. If the home is not sold by such date, new photos can be acquired or a new usage agreement can be created. NeoXposure Photography owns all rights to all photos taken and only grants usage rights. Photos may be used by NeoXposure Photography websites and social media pages for company promotions.
- Please provide gate access codes or make arrangements at the gate to allow NeoXposure access to the community. Please provide code for key box or advice if property it's on a Suprabox, since I have access to it. Initial deposit will be forfeited if NeoXposure is not able to access property within 15 minutes of arrival.
